Click and Collect - Ordering

When completing an online order at www.myautoparts.com.au, at the checkout, you will have the option to choose Click and Collect and choose your nearest collection point.

In most cases, if you order on a business day before 11am and the stock is available, it will be ready for same day collection. If you complete your order after 11am, it will be ready the next business day.

Please Note: If any item in your order has to be transferred from another location to your preferred collection store, we'll transfer it for free, depending on where your parts are being shipped from your order will take 3 to 5 working days to be ready for collection. You will be notified of any extra transfer times when placing orders.

All items purchased from myautoparts.com.au are eligible for Click and Collect.

No, Click & Collect service is free of charge.

Yes, but you have to submit two separate orders. You can only use 1 delivery method for an order.

Click and Collect - Collection

We have five warehouses nationwide - at the time your order is placed, you can select your closest location. To find a step by step guide for each state - please click here.

When your order is ready for collection, we'll send you an SMS and email to let you know it's time to head to your selected location to pick up your order.

Bring a copy of your order email either printed out or on your phone.

If you are getting someone else to pick up your order, please forward them the collection ready email.

My Auto Parts and Auto Parts Group distribution centres are closed on public holidays and orders can not be collected. Please check the public holidays in the state you are collecting your order from.

Yes - please forward a copy of the collection email for them to bring in when they collect the order.

Click and Collect orders will be kept for 30-days from the day your order is placed. After 7 days, one of our team members will try and contact you using the details you provided when your order was placed.

If your order is not collected within 30-days, it will be returned and a refund processed within 7-14 business days.

If your product is unavailable for any reason, we will contact you using the details you entered when you placed the order and offer an alternative or provide a full refund.
